Looking for loving cat sitter for super affectionate cat

I would love to have some one who really enjoys cat life. Callie likes having some one around most of the time. She is used to being alone too, but just seems to miss me when I'm gone for awhile. She is really affectionate and even gives kisses. Most of the time she is sleeping in the sun where ever she can find it. She does have a few toys she likes, but I think she enjoys chasing her tail more than anything. I feed her twice at day and she will let you know when! If you go in the kitchen for a snack in evening, she wants one too. She knows where they are. She will sleep in the bed at some point every night and will definitely wake you in the morning by getting in your face.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities would be spending time with her just a bit of playing and of course feeding. Depending on length of time I am away, water two plants. Keeping the place tidy and putting out any trash by 7pm. We have valet trash, except Friday and Saturday. I could hire some one to come twice a day, but I did that once and she hasn't been quite the same. Not because of the sitter, just how she is. Now when I go out for an extended bit of time, she really wants me to give lots of attention.

What are the good features of the property and location

Open parking and there are always empty spots right in front .My apartment overlooks the pool and a small pavillion that has a fireplace, tables and chairs and grills. In the summer, it can get a bit noisy but the pool closes at dusk. The pavillion area is available all the time. In the area is a Walmart, grocery store within walking (have to cut through and there is a small hill) all kinds of gas stations, drugstores and different types of restaurants. Just a 10-15 drive to more areas with everything you could need. Under 30 minute drive on back roads, no need for highway, to the airport and 35 minutes to "uptown" Charlotte, depending on the traffic.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Third floor without an elavator. Two bedroom apartment, but only one bedroom has a bed. Large sectional couch. Has nice balcony that over looks the pool Must supply own food
