About this assignment

We are looking for a responsible, organized person/couple who loves
pets. Our 4 pets are very sweet and loving. We want our home well maintained. Our dogs love to play so please take time to play with them.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring and playing with our pets. Feeding them and putting them to bed each evening. Keeping our house in order. It’s a very easy house to keep clean. NO carpets. It is a newer home.
You will need to clean the litter box each day. Also you need to pick up after the dogs in the back yard each day. The turf needs to be sprayed with urine dissolver every few days. Bill will demonstrate.

What are the good features of the property and location

This resort has tons of amenities. “ViewPoint Golf and RV Resort”. (You can Google it.) We are close to shopping, hiking & Phoenix. We have a list of amenities for you, lots more besides GOLF, Pickleball, Tennis, and Shuffleboard. (Indoor Pickleball in summer months.)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

First, our home is not huge. (1200 sq. ft.) Our sitters should be pretty active since there are lots of things to do here. This is a friendly neighborhood. Most everyone waves at passersby or if you are sitting on the front deck people may stop and chat. So you need to be friendly.
