The sitter will have to feed our dog twice, once in the morning, once in the evening, make sure she goes out regularly to 'do business' and walks her twice daily.

Conveniently located in south central Denver, reliable & free parking out front, fenced-in back yard, quiet neighborhood with quick access to most things Denver has to offer.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is not much to consider. The location and property are convenient and comfortable. Our dog just needs feeding, walking, and as much TLC as the sitter can provide!
