Mature Couple House Sitter needed for July 12th, 2027 - August 5th, 2027.
Non Smokers Preferred.
Please only serious, good communicators respond. We are requesting a couple because there is a lot of responsibilities with our house.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We have 3 cats that need some play time. We also have 5 turtles, 3 fish and worms that will need to be fed. Help us with watering the yard, please.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a huge 5-bedroom house on a beautiful groomed yard that will need some watering, unless it is raining, alarm system, easy access to bus service or walking downtown. No need to pay any utilities. Our home is fully equipped with King size bed. Washer/Dryer. Housekeeping service twice a week. Gardener once a week.
We do have a little car that will be here if you really need it, if you know the driving laws of MX.
Ajijic and Chapala has many attractions, including art galleries, and great restaurants on a beautiful Lake. Golfing, Fishing, Live Music. There is so much to do in this area, you will really enjoy your stay!!
We are 35 minutes from the airport.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You will need to take a taxi from the airport since it is under construction and is a mess to drive into and out. It is like $30.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
