Looking for loving care for my nine rescue cats. Garden, pool and house maintenance already taken care of, so you can focus on the fur babies.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Gather the cats each evening in their own house, give them their special treats and ensure adequate food and water. Clean litter boxes as needed, and secure them overnight. Each morning, open the door and stand aside for the cat stampede! Clean the litter boxes again. The cats have free access to the garden and grounds all day, while you can occupy yourself with whatever interests you.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house has 4 bedrooms and three bathrooms, with a living room/dining room area and a family room area adjacent to a well-equipped kitchen and laundry area. Pera Chorio is a medium-sized village 15-20 minutes from Nicosia and about 25 minutes from Larnaca. Everything you need on a daily basis (grocery, bakery, vet, bank, restaurants) is within walking distance. The house has a lovely pool and garden, and all are maintained by professionals on a regular basis.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There is no car at the house, so you would need to rent a vehicle for daily trips further afield. There is bus service to Nicosia. It can be helpful to speak some Greek, though this is not essential.
