What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Daily:
Feed, and walk two six year old pets, a mix of Belgium Shepherd and English Hunter.
Clean corridors and living quarters. Check chloride and pH levels of both the swimming and jacuzzi pools. Maintain water level of the water storage tank.

Weekly:
Bath pets, scrub and vacuum the two pools, mow the lawn.

Bi-Weekly:
Apply herbicides and fungicides on areas needed around the house and plot of land.

When needed pruning foliage, and trees.

What are the good features of the property and location

A quiet, private estate surrounded by nature. A spectacular view of Matanchen Bay, in the municipality of San Blas, Nayarit State, Mexico.

An ample and open house with all amenities: star link satellite wifi, natural gas, own electricity transmission line, private access road. Laundry amenities.No Air Conditioning though. Ceiling and pedestal fans for the hot days and nights. Mosquito nets in all door and window frames.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitters need to be confident to be living on a quiet and no next door neighbours, rural landscape, and some wild life. Should be proficient in tackling unexpected minor plumbing (changing faucets, o- rings.. etc) , electrical (changing burn out light bulbs, connectivity issues, etc), or mechanical chores. Parts, in general are in stock.
