What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Daily:
Feed, and walk two six year old pets, a mix of Belgium Shepherd and English Hunter.
Clean corridors and living quarters. Check chloride and pH levels of the swimming pool and jacuzzi pools. Maintain water level of the water storage tank.

Weekly:
Bath pets, scrub and vacuum the two pools, mow the lawn.

Bi-Weekly:
Apply herbicides and fungicides on areas needed around the house and plot of land.

When needed pruning foliage, and trees.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitters need to be confident to be living on a quiet and no next door neighbours, rural landscape, and some wild life. Should be proficient in tackling minor plumbing (changing faucet o- rings.. etc) , electrical (changing burn out light bulbs), or mechanical chores. Parts, for the most part are in stock.
