Looking for a sitter for our house and two cats in Estonia for the duration of two weeks

Would need a driver's licence, as the house is about 12 minutes drive from the nearest shops and about 25-30 minutes from the capitol city Tallinn. Ideally the person would enjoy peace and quiet, as the village is quite small and doesn't have much acticity in the colder months.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The responsibilites would be to feed the two cats twice a day and clean their litter boxes regularly. One of the cats has a kidney disorder, which means she pees on the floor quite often, so would have to clean those up daily. We don't have any carpets, so that won't be an issue. She only pees on the hard flooring, so the clean up is quite easy.

What are the good features of the property and location

The village is very small and remote (about 12 minutes from the closest town and 25-30 minutes from the capitol city Tallinn. There are many nature paths to walk on close by, as well as a public beach about a 10 minute drive away.

We have a big back yard, but there is not much to do there during the colder months. The house is relatively new (built in 2021) and modern. You will have peace and quiet since even though we have neighbours close by, they are all calm and nice people. The house is warm and cozy and has good WiFi connection.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Would need a car/driver's licence to move around. Cats are calm and usually keep to themselves (one is a bit anxious), but do need some cleaning up after, as one of them has kidney issues and pees on the floor often.
