About this assignment

Someone who is happy to spend quality time with our pets (especially our lovely old dog) who just adore people and attention in the simplest form of pats and cuddles.
Someone who likes to garden and maintain a section + house.
Quiet family or couple happy to stay in the Bay of Plenty on a quiet, residential street with neighbour's we like.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Providing food and water daily for our pets.
Easy daily walks for our dog, she is getting old and sore so can't go too far now.
General care such as mow lawns and weed garden here and there (this can be much more if your an avid gardener, we appreciate the help!)
Keep house clean and tidy.
Cuddle our kitties!

What are the good features of the property and location

Large family home in ideal location to explore the east coast. Quiet residential street walking distance to town. Lovely tree filled backyard for hanging out in the evenings and living space has great indoor outdoor flow.
3 bedrooms (one very large on downstairs set up for 2 kids, extra lounge and hang out zone). Master has own deck and nice view.
Aircon/heatpumps, gas water and cooking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must be available to stay for duration of housesit stated and be available each day to care for our pets. Happy to have a couple or family as feel they would enjoy this space best.

Can I bring my own pets?
