About this assignment
I'm looking for someone to stay in my one-bedroom Thai Town condo when I'm on trips. The cats tend to do better emotionally when someone is around.
What responsibilities are required of the house sitter
Feed the cats one pouch of wet food and scoop the litter (two litter boxes) once a day. They also appreciate some playtime and cuddles.
What are the good features of the property and location
Vintage 1959 Hollywood Regency apartment with new wood floors and ample natural light.
Open floor-plan kitchen comes with the original funky tile work and a vintage Wedgewood-Holly oven and stove next to rattan wallpaper.
The one-bedroom apartment is furnished with midcentury modern furniture, a Guzzini space age arc lamp, cordless rattan blinds, vintage Sansui audio system, whisper-quiet minisplit air conditioning, tons of closet space, and flourishes like intricate wood switch plates.
Bathroom has the original slat windows, plenty of mirrors, original tiles, and matte gold fixtures.
Located in Thai Town, walking distance of all the best Thai restaurants in town. Centrally situated between Hollywood, Los Feliz, Griffith Park, and K-Town.
What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment
There's one flight of stairs to get up to my condo with no elevator. Someone reliable and steady who will enjoy the apartment and the cats would be ideal!

Cozy nook in thai town!

Sweet cats, Sweet place:)
Zac has two lethal charmers in the house:) One of them is so cute and demure and one of them is so affectionate and personable and I won't say which is which! Seriously sweet cats. I got to meet Zac irl, he is friendly and generous. I felt he cared about me being comfortable and enjoying the stay. His home is really pleasing, comfortable, aesthetic. The neighborhood is exciting with easy metro access, the apartment is safe and quiet with nice amenities. I wish I had more time! I would definitely sit for Zac at the next opportunity anytime:)
