An individual who would treat our home as if it were their own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Responsibilities include:

- Indoor and outdoor plant watering, minimal pool care (a service is hired) and maintaining bird feeders.

- Forwarding mail

- Awareness of possible irrigation leaks and maintenance issues.

What are the good features of the property and location

Home is centrally located in the historic Sam Hughes neighborhood, approximately 3/4 of a mile east of the University. It is a neighborhood with a high "walk ability-score" close to many amenities: shops, stores, restaurants, art movie house, park, bike route and public transportation. Near abundant outdoor recreation opportunities in SE Arizona.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The guest room is not suitable for a couple. Preference given to females over the age of 45.

No children, pets or visitors please.

Drug users and smokers need not apply.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
