I am looking for a loving person or couple to care for my 23-yr old dog, Nick. He is a mellow but mischievous dog who would like lots of pats and scritches

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed Nick 2x/day plus giving him treats and supplements during the day. He stays in the yard and does not get walks, but has a doggie door si he can come & go at will during the day. At night, the door is closed, and the sitter needs to check for wildlife (raccoons) before letting him out for bathroom breaks.

What are the good features of the property and location

Semi-rural, big yard. Comfy, bohemian decor. Close to mountains, rivers, and outdoor recreational opportunities. Ten minutes to downtown Missoula with many cultural opportunities.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Sitters need their own transportation. No other pets allowed. Singles or couples only. Indoor and outdoor plants may need watering. There is a separate upstairs apartment with an adjoining door that is locked from both sides. The tenant is in residence part-time.
