Ojai home and horse property

About this assignment

Ideally our sitter would have horse care experience and enjoy a countryside experience. The dogs are easy as property is completely fenced. They LOVE walks but they aren't necessary

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed horses & dogs 2x/day, clean horse facilities, water a few plants, enjoy the area, walk dogs if you want. We are near to beaches, LA, the Islands etc. Animals have no problem being alone for 12 hours at a time. Our kind neighbor can also feed if you want a short break.

What are the good features of the property and location

Property is on a dead end road, backs up onto Ojai Valley Land Conservancy, dark night sky, quiet friendly neighborhood. Cameras only on horses, front & back gates.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our sitters don't need to “know it all” but need to be observant and responsible. Knowing how to fix house things is helpful but shouldn't be necessary.

Can I bring my own pets?
