What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

- Live with my cat Juli in my apartment for 6 weeks while I am on rehab out of town.
- Feed Juli 2-3 times a day, keep her litter box clean, air the apartment every day.
- Update me in sensible intervals, by phone/messages, possibly with a couple photo. Generally be available for communication.
- Water a small set of house plants, including Juli's cat grass.
- Keep the apartment reasonably clean, the way you found it.

What are the good features of the property and location

- The apartment is very conveniently located at a 15-20 mins distance from the city center, close to public transportation (metro, busses, tram)
- A large, beautiful park (Vienna Augarten) is within walking distance.
- A shopping street with a large choice of shops is in walking distance, as well as good restaurants, cafès and bars.
- The apartment is well-lit, quiet and has nice neighbours.
- If you work from home, you can use the desk in the spacious living room facing the street and use your laptop with my PC monitor if desired.
- There is a separate bedroom with its window facing the house's quiet courtyard
- You can use all household appliances: washing machine, oven, electric stove, stereo. Caution: there's no dish washer, no microwave!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

- My cat Juli sadly had one of her front paws amputated recently, she now walks on three legs. She is recovering nicely though and is as merry and friendly as ever. She should be fully recovered and in good health by the time this listing starts.
- It is forbidden to smoke in the apartment. If you smoke, you will have to do so outdoors.
- Typical rules for multi-tenant houses apply. Be mindful of neighbours, try not to make noise after 10 p.m. I maintain a friendly relationship with the neighbours. If there are any concerns, please inform me.
- Second floor, there's no elevator!
