To stay in my home while I snowbird in Florida for 3 months and take care of 4 free roam (in their room) rescue bunnies

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of 4 rescue bunnies by cleaning their room, feeding 2 times a day with fresh greens, paying attention to them and loving them

What are the good features of the property and location

Downtown village with lots of stores and restaurants only 4 block away, train into NYC Penn Station, 1.5 miles to the highway, quite neighborhood and safe

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

That they have a vehicle incase one of the bunnies need to go to the vet, willing to keep the bunny room safe and clean

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: as long as they will not attack the bunnies
