About this assignment

I am looking for a reliable, responsible non smoking sitter (or couple) who loves old houses, the countryside, horses and dogs, and can do a little gardening.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

This person needs to be comfortable handling horses if needed (all the horses are retried and live outside full time), plus take care of my 15 year old Cocker Spaniel, and water and weed my small garden.

What are the good features of the property and location

If you like bourbon and horses, Kentucky is the place to be! My property is scenic, quiet, and historic.

This is a great place to come for R and R, walking, and biking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The house is old, and needs to be treated with TLC. The horses need to be checked every day, but stay outside all the time. My dog is elderly, deaf, and has cataracts and a real sweetie.
