Private Coastal Retreat in Gualala with Hot Tub & Friendly Dogs

I'm looking for a dog-lover first and foremost. Ideally you're someone who likes to explore and enjoys the company of my pups for most that exploring.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Enjoying my private home, watering plants about every 3 days or so. Taking the dogs for some outside activity. I'll show you some great spots for that.

What are the good features of the property and location

I have a super private house, close to town but not too close. I have a great hot tub to hang out in and a huge backyard and this time of year it's like a mini- botanical gardens.
I am 15 minutes north of sea ranch and 15 minutes south of point arena. About an hour south of Mendocino.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

There are no big box stores nearby or public transportation. There plenty of great people and lots of things to do to enjoy the area. Awesome small movie theater in point arena, great beaches, lots of beautiful sunsets
