Someone who's kind! A true animal lover who enjoys spending time with dogs, both indoors and going out for walks. Responsible, of course, and reasonably tidy.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Primarily taking care of the dogs. All the obvious things like letting them out in the yard, going for walks. feeding them twice a day. Also, watering the flower pots, turning on the sprinklers as needed.

What are the good features of the property and location

I'm located in an especially nice neighborhood in the city, Lindenwood Park. Neighbors are friendly and the park is one block away. There are restaurants, coffee shops, grocery stores, bakeries very close by and some within walking distance. My house is very comfortable with two levels, 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths, a fenced back garden with deck.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

I don't know! I can't think of any special considerations. I will do my best to answer any questions a potential sitter may have.
