Students looking for house-sitter for sunny Berkeley home with two cats from 05/20 to 06/25

About this assignment

We are looking for a clean and cat-loving house-sitter! References would be great! Although our cats are indoor/outdoor, we are looking for someone who has experience with pets.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Your only responsibility will be caring for our two cats, who can both be quite cuddly.
They need to be fed dry-food twice a day and a half a can of wet-food each morning and night.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a laundry room which is available for use on Sunday and Monday. Our backyard also contains a large garden for you to enjoy, and in this summer season it will receive direct sunlight the entire day! Please feel free to enjoy our music room, which houses a standing grand piano and an acoustic guitar.

Our home is nested in the heart of North Berkeley, in close proximity to both 4th Street and North Berkeley BART.

Street parking is plentiful, but should you be without a car there is a great deal of nearby public transportation that can take you to Solano Avenue or UC Berkeley campus in about 15-20 minutes.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Any house-sitter must be attentive in their feeding of our cats, our primary concern is their well-being. Otherwise, we would expect you to treat our home with the respect you would afford your own.
