Reliable, respectful and mature non-smoker required to take care of my characterful mini Schnoodle as well as keeping the house clean and tidy and water indoor plants.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Dude needs two walks a day as well as a quick one at bedtime as we have no garden. Indoor plants need to be watered every five days and window boxes every other day in summer.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is in the centre of the town so within walking distance to everything you should need. There is a market three times a week and an antiques market once a month. The train station is an eight minute walk away so a car is really not necessary. Close to the coast and city. The house has appeared in magazines and movies.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Dog lover only please. Dude is a very affectionate and loves a cuddle. No parties please. Non-smokers only. there is no private parking but on street parking is available 5 minutes walk away.
