House + Dog Sitter Wanted - Khanom, Thailand

About this assignment

Someone that loves dogs, and will also provide some care to gardens and main house. Dogs mostly just need love and attention, but will not need walks, as they have a large fenced yard.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed dogs, show them attention (they are both very affectionate), some daily watering of plants, some very minor house maintenance. We do not want a sitter that will leave the dogs for extended periods of time or not be around during feeding times. (Morning and early evening)

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet Thailand village, Home is 250 meters (across the street) from a beautiful sandy beach and calm waters. We have a swimming pool that is covered from the sun and basketball court. Sitter will use the guest house which has AC in both bedrooms as well as in Living Room. Each bedroom has a double bed.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a quiet neighborhood and we do not want party types applying. This sitting opportunity is best for someone, couple or small family that wants to relax and enjoy the beauty of a small town and natural area of Thailand.
