Someone to love being with my dogs, a person happy to stay In a first floor studio flat. They like 3 walks a day. Locally and in the surrounding countryside. This can be reached by bus and/or train.
A sitter who is familiar with providing a security deposit and happy to negotiate and sign a “MindmyHouse” house sitting agreement spelling out both party's expectations of the house sitting assignment

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

All responsibilities can be confirmed in the written house sitting agreement. Feeding twice daily and taking out 3 times a day. To local city parks, beach and South Downs. They r friendly little dogs,(affenpinschers 6&7) who love cuddles. One confident and one shy. Keeping the flat tidy(it’s a small studio flat suitable for one person). It’s a quiet building with lovely neighbours in the other flats. The doggies are happy to go to cafes/restaurants with you. They are good travellers on buses and trains

What are the good features of the property and location

Central Hove, a couple of mins walk to the sea, communal lawns and eateries and local shops at top of the street. Numerous buses from top of the road too.10 mins walk from nearest park/small nature reserve st Ann’s wells. 30 min bus ride to hollingbury woods and Stanmer park

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Willingness to provide a security deposit and sign a “MindmyHouse sitters agreement.
A person happy to stay in a cosy studio flat. Someone who loves hanging out with small dogs and exploring the local countryside with them via your own vehicle or local bus & train service. A person who is peaceful, friendly and calming. Both dogs are seasoned travellers: Vicky is more confident on countryside and woodland walks and Reggie is confident anywhere.. A person who is looking to share the unconditional love that dogs have to offer. ????????
