What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding the pets 2 or 3 times a day, walking dog 2-3 times a day on leash, with other pee in the yard times as appropriate.

Following the pet routines regarding the dog crate, cat door, walks, etc. and keeping the house clean and in good order; occasional pet clean up (after occasional hairballs, as an example). Usual things like cat box care. Keeping an eye on things and bringing in mail, minimal plant watering. Typical stuff!

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet, shaded, safe neighborhood; 5-10 minute walk to shops and restaurants, good ice cream. We're on the edge of a beautiful college campus with good walks, and plenty of forest trails and things to do in the area.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We want to provide a great experience for you, and think you will find this area a good mix of peace and quiet, and fun places to explore nearby and in the greater area..
