About this assignment

I’m looking for a house sitter who loves cats (I have five) and toy poodles (I have one) who will take care of my house and my fur babies as if they were their own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Taking care of my house and my pets, and water some houseplants and a few outdoor plants. Garbage day is on Friday morning so I roll out my garbage and recycling bins on Thursday evening.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is located about 20-30 minutes from The Strip just west and within walking distance of Downtown Summerlin (outdoor shopping mall that has a great farmer’s market on Saturday from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM) and the Red Rock Hotel & Casino, which has movie theater with 16 screens including an IMAX screen. Also nearby is Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area that offers great hiking.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The average daily temperature in Las Vegas during the month of May is 80.6 degrees fehrenheit. It’s a dry heat, so it’s more bearable than humid areas.
