About this assignment

Someone reliable, who loves all animals, countryside, respectful to property, friendly and is adaptable, with common sense and helpful attitude, without being very demanding and happy to go with the flow of the friendly, happy environment here.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after all animals and being on-hand at the property through the day and night. It is a converted barn, so need to be mindful of safety with woodburner if a stay during the winter. Just generally a conscientious sitter who is totally trustworthy and reliable for all animals and the property.

What are the good features of the property and location

It is a really beautiful spot, we are very lucky to live here. The house has a wonderful feel and we have 7 acres of land which is for grazing. There is a large garden and small bit of woodland also. Really beautiful walks and 30 minutes from Eastbourne on the coast and Pevensey.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

That they will be on-hand to be at the property looking after all the animals. Although, there are many animals, all are friendly and no issues. Local friends are all nearby and neighbours all helpful and around if needed.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: Only if a friendly dog that will not chase the chickens and geese as they are free-roaming in the daytime!
