What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding once per day at 5:00pm, walks minimally twice per day, picking up poo, water plants (2) once per week, keeping house clean and tidy.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beach house on 22 km sand beach, pool, close to puerto escondido and bajos de chila, many beaches and restaurants, surfing fishing, car availalble.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Puerto escondido is still somewhat of a fishing village, no walmart, no home depot, no chain stores, 20 minutes from puerto escondido, still quaint.

Can I bring my own pets?
