About this assignment

We are looking for someone responsible and dependable and dog friendly. Our dog, Winner is an 11 year old poodle mix. He is friendly and loving, and does not bark unless someone he does not know comes to the door.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Water the plants once a week. Walk the dog twice daily, and feed and care for him. He goes for a walk in the morning and the evening, leaving you plenty of time to work or explore Mazatlan.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our condo is spacious, and with an incredible view of the bay and the three islands of Mazatlan. We are located in Centro, where there are so many things to do, events, performances - lots of live music and amazing restaurants. We are in front of a park, and the ocean is a block away. Very walkable and the malecon along the waterfront stretches for miles.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We would like you to send some photos or videos of Winner occasionally. We live in 10 story condominium that has rules regarding smoking and excessive noise and pool hours/conduct. Nothing too demanding.

Can I bring my own pets?

No, sorry.
