Local to quiet wooded area where we usually walk the dogs

Fully fenced one acre garden
All mod cons with hot tub

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

No guests or own pets allowed whilst staying. Be fully responsible for 3 x dogs
2 x chilled out Spinone dogs with a young lively Jack Russell terrier
