A loving, caring and responsible person (or persons - max 4) for Matie our cat, our house, garden , with respect for our neighbours and neighbourhood

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after Matie (little work, feeding, opening the door, petting and spoiling him a little bit). Taking care of the house and garden (robot lawn mover installed), leaving it in the same condition as you found it

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house is located at a small harbor, 15 minutes walk from the city center and train station (busstop at 5 minutes walk). Almere is in the middle of the country, close to Amsterdam (30 minutes by train, 20 by car) and Schiphol (35 minutes by train and 35 minutes by car).
The house (2 connected cubicles of 6x6x6m) is recently renovated (135m2), on the ground floor you will find an entrance and stairs, living room, sunroom, kitchen, utility room, guest toilet. On the 2nd floor Master bedroom (double bed) with wardrobe and bathroom (incl washing machine, dryer and toilet), a small bedroom (double bed), a larger bedroom (with singel or double air mattress) and small bath room incl toilet)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Being seriously interested, having reviewed the location, familiar with taking care of a cat and a having a happy mind so that the stay can really be enjoyed.

Yes
Restrictions: well behaving cat and/or small dog
