What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

T feed my cat twice daily and change her cat littler. Water the plants in pots around the house. To be mindful of keys and be reponsable and take care of the house and not leave doors or windows open when away. Generally careful and kind person

What are the good features of the property and location

Quiet cul de sac, no through traffic. Very private estate. House is overlooking the sea and has very nice views front and back. It is a three bedroomed bungalow with lots of space. I have a piano and all mod cons.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Be careful and responsible and be an animal lover. Must not have allergies to dander or animal fur. No car is available so that they will need to make their own way to the railway station on the bus and of course be able to speak English.
