What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feed and take care of puppy. Who will be 12 weeks old. Bring him out during the day to back garden and feed twice daily. Nothing else enjoy time spent in maynooth.

Property great loaction in Maynooth adjacent to Carton House and Carton avenue walks. New A rated home, in quiet well maintained estate. Many attractions close by.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Puppy is young , he may have one or 2 accidents but has been very good to date. To date the puppy has slept all night from 9 or 9.30 up until 6am.
