About this assignment

We are looking for the services of a reliable, mature, friendly, cat-loving house sitter for a week in June. Our house is very nicely designed, clean, spacious and ready for your tender loving care.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The most important things are that our cat, Eros feels loved, our home is enjoyed and cared for responsibly, and that our plants don't die! Our cat is not quite so clean but is very loving and happy to be held in your arms like a baby. He gets a prescription pill with two wet food meals per day.We’d need you to clean his litter box throughout the day. This usually means scooping a morning poop and a couple of pees during the day. A small part of the garden will need watering every three days and shocking the hot tub also every 3 days. Other than being mindful of our finicky countertops and bringing in the mail, I can't think of much else. More details in our return email.

What are the good features of the property and location

The house is beautiful and quiet (at the end of a cul-de-sac). We have great neighbors. You should totally soak in our wooden hot tub! (-with some specific directions for its use). There are outdoor places in the yard to chill, a sweet garden often with ripe golden berries and raspberries in June!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This cat loves touch and we want to make sure he is loved up. Please apply only if you love being affectionate with cats and would enjoy tending to this elderly love bug.
