Dependable, compassionate, tidy, animal and nature lovers. A car is essential in this area as the local bus is a 20 minute walk away and only runs a few times each day. There are nice walks/hikes/runs locally and if you enjoy that sort of thing, we are in a good spot. It is very quiet with no shops or pubs nearby.
Feed, water and exercise dogs daily. Feed and water cats and owl. Make sure they are healthy and well. Mind the house, water plants inside and out.
We are in a very quiet, rural part of Wexford with limited public transport. The house and garden are large and comfortable. We don't have neighbours close by, but there is a couple from France living in the studio apartment at the back of the house. They keep to themselves, but are friendly and considerate. They travel sometimes.
The owl, Luna, is fed defrosted chicks and cannot be flown. She was never trained before we rescued her and would not be able to hunt for herself and would not return if she got out of her aviary. One dog, Rocky, has dementia and needs to sleep in the same room with humans. Another dog is shy, Bouncer, and will warm up if you play fetch with him. All three are very friendly with each other and all humans, once they know you. They are not keen on new dogs. The cats, Ziggy any Ryan, mostly ignore each other. Ryan is very much a lap cat.
No, sorry.
