Help with a dog and a cat while we're away on a sabbatical

About this assignment

I'm looking for a single occupent only. Someone who can take care of my pets, Chester the cat and Luna the dog. They require very minimal effort. Only one meal a day for both Luna and Chester. They are best friends so they entertain themselves. Only need to walk Luna once a day. Clean up after chester's litter box once a day. They have a doggy door so they go potty on their own.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Clean up after the pets and clean up after yourself. You will have access to your own room in the house and the pets will be in a separate room so you can sleep peacefully.

What are the good features of the property and location

My house is 10 minutes away from downtown Sacramento and there are nearby restaurants and park for entertainment. Just a short 10 minute walk to Tahoe Park and restaurants.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You must be available from September 4th to November 4th. Be able to tend to the pets once a day. Must be clean and love dogs/cats.
