What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Feeding /watering dog, and he enjoys a daily walk. Watering outdoor plants on the deck daily, a hose is available or I often just fill the watering can in the kitchen. Watering inside plants 1x/week. We rarely use the AC as the attic fan pulls the cool evening air into the house, the guest room is in the walk-out basement and stays cool year-round. Leaving the house in the same condition it was in when you arrived would be appreciated.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful area in SW Denver, only a few miles from Red Rocks Amphitheater with private hiking/biking trails, 3 pools, tennis and pickleball courts. 30 min from Denver and less than 90 min to Breckenridge, Winter Park and other popular mountain destinations.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Stairs are required. Having a car is a must, driveway parking. Maverick is a rescue and not good with other dogs. He can be alone 10-12 hours if needed but may follow you around the house when you’re home! He enjoys time in the fenced yard and sleeps on a dog bed on the floor- he’s probably prefer to sleep in the same room as you. He’s maybe a lab/shepard mix and sheds like a Shepard!
