What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Basically the house sitter will be in charge of the garden/veggie patch (watering duties mainly), will look after the house and will look after our pet dog, Tchupi. They will NOT have to walk Tchupi, but play with her in the garden every now and then.

What are the good features of the property and location

Beautiful house, 4 bedrooms, beautiful natural surroundings in the village of Cónchar, in the picturesque Valle de Lecrín. 20-minute drive from the city of Granada and 35-minute drive from the ocean.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

This is a quiet and small village, so no 24-hour party people allowed! You'll need a car to get around, as the village itself lacks amenities such as shops (although there are a couple of restaurants).
Our dog, Tchupi, is a 2-year-old big puppy. She's affectionate and playful with humans, but does not tolerate other animals (we found her in a refuge not long ago), so she can't be walked outside the garden unless we're around.
