We are looking first and foremost for a responsible, attentive, and caring person who will love our cat Enzo like we do. And also mind our home.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The biggest of responsibilities it so feed Enzo, give him attention, especially in the morning and evening, and in general mind our home. There isn't much to "do" in the house other than clean his litter boxes, change his water dishes, water our plants, take out trash you generate, etc.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our home is located in a quite neighborhood so it is ideal for someone looking for some peace and quite. We are about 15 minutes from Nashua NH where there is tax free shopping and many restuarants. We are also about 7 minutes from a beautiful bike/rail trail, and 15 minutes from some beautiful State forests and that offer the opportunity to do some wonderful nature walks. We also have a great screened in porch so you can enjoy some peace and quiet at "home" with out the bugs!

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Enzo is an older cat who needs an eye drop every other day. The house is easy to move through - a fairly open concept with all bedrooms upstairs. Enzo will want to sleep with you as he doesn't often like to be alone for too long without human interaction (mornings and evening/overnight at the least).
