Home and dog sitter needed!

About this assignment

Hi friends! We’re looking for someone to watch our house and dog while we’re away on trips. We want you to be good people (1 or 2 people), and be respectful of our house.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

We just ask that you maintain our house in its condition, walk Macy (our 10 year old shepherd mix dog) once in the morning, and feed her once in the evening. She has a dog door and a big yard to wonder around the house as she pleases. She’s very laid back and friendly.

What are the good features of the property and location

We have a large 2-story, four bedroom house. with the master bedroom on the ground floor. We have a beautiful master with king bed and casper mattress. There’s.a smart tv in the living room and master bedroom and great wifi around the house. The patio has great shading and view of trees and plants all around and yard. The area is a peaceful neighborhood with a great walking trail by a prairie and pond for walks with Macy. Central controlled AC and large spacious kitchen and dining area. There’s a great desk space upstairs with large monitors if you’d like to use it. Our home is cozy and modern.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You should be keen to dogs, and drive a car since the area is fairly suburban with no walkable shops or stores. Just walkable to a few parks. We may ask you to water the plants if our trip is longer than a few days. You should not use harsh chemicals or be a smoker since we have 2 small kids that live here. We look forward to hosting you in our home:)
