Couple needed for Maracuya beachside villa - rural setting

About this assignment

We have a large beach villa on the South China sea coastline, located about 120km south of Kuantan. We need a couple who are responsible, practical, honest and trustworthy, who will take care of our home, as if it was there own, and our five dogs.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The main responsibility of the house-sitters is to cook and feed our five dogs and take them for a beach walk. There is no staff and there wont be any guests to attend to. Daily checking of the swimming pool pump and the property in general. Some watering of plants would be useful and turning lights on at night - but other than that just enjoy your stay.

What are the good features of the property and location

The property is on the beach, surrounded by tropical rain forest; no immediate neighbours. Aircon in all rooms 20mtr pool , gym, pool table, bbq area and bar. The sandy empty and very long beach is only 50m away - the dogs enjoy the walk/run (no leash)

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Must love dogs, and be happy staying in a remote location, surrounded by nature.
The WiFi here is good enough for streaming Netflix, but maybe not enough for WFH. We work with routers due to the tall trees between us and the antennas.
The nearest town is 16km away, so ability to drive a Toyota Hilux, with a manual gearbox would be essential.
