A competent, self sufficient, kind, orderly, person or persons who love dogs, México, and beach living in a very safe, small town in Mexico. Huatulco is the nearest town, 30 minutes away. The use of my car is included.

What are the good features of the property and location

My home is a palapa roofed, open air floor plan with air conditioned bedrooms. I have a pool which is overlooking the ocean with breezes most of the time

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

It is in a very small, safe, Mexican community with essential shopping. There is a very beautiful, very long beach where you can walk anytime. I have Starlink and tvs, but it is a very calm environment where most guests just enjoy the quiet of the ocean waves and the breezes that cool the living area.
