What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

I am looking for somebody to keep an eye on my three low-maintenance cats. They are mostly outdoors and just need feeding twice a day. I will also need somebody to water the outdoor plants occasionally as well as do basic cleaning around the house.

What are the good features of the property and location

The property is a house split into two apartments, and the sitter will be staying in the upstairs of the two. The property features a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, a bathroom with a walk-in shower, a balcony terrace, a washing machine and a large TV in the sitting room.
The property is located on a private urbanisation with 24-hour security. Amenities such as supermarkets and bars/cafes are all located within walking distance. There is also a large sports complex with a swimming pool as well as a park nearby.
The city is situated a 15-minute drive away, and stunning beaches can also be reached within 20 minutes.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Although the cats roam around outside a lot, they still need to be fed each day. Arrangements can be made to have somebody put food out for them should the sitter wish to have a day out. Also, I am ideally looking for somebody who is able to stay a few months.
