House with Garden in Maynooth, Ireland close to the train and University

About this assignment

We are looking for someone who is happy to house sit our house, and hang out with our dog whilst we are away. we are 45 mins from central Dublin by train (10 mins walk from the end of the road) Our dog Milo is a medium size fox terrier who likes to bask in teh sun and take quite short pottery walks. Hes happy at home on his own for an afternoon or morning but does like lots of cuddles

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Cuddling and feeding Milo, walking Milo and hanging out with him for good periods each day. Watering some houseplants and ensuring property is secure. Ideally mowing the lawn couple of times (small enough).

What are the good features of the property and location

4 bedroom 3 bathroom house, end of cul de sac, good parking and friendly area. Large garden, with hammock and garden seating/patio for sitting outside, trampoline. Walking distance from Maynooth University and train station or buses into Dublin.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Experience of minding dogs and walking dogs. Milo is a rescue who has had a bad experience and reacts to larger dogs (got a fracture from a large dog as a puppy). Responsible and prepared to mind the dog for the whole time and communicate if there are any issues.

Can I bring my own pets?

Yes
Restrictions: but Milo might not get on with large dogs
