About this assignment

We would love for someone mature and caring to watch our home, 2 dogs and wildlife, and enjoy it all as much as we do. We don't have any reviews yet, but we will and they will say fantastic things for sure!

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Our two dogs, Misty, aussie and 10, and Tribute, mini healer and 7, need human love. They love to take walks on many of the trails out our back door and around our neighborhood that is a private lake. They love to play ball , and they love just sitting near you once they get to know you. They need to be fed morning and night and get a couple pills before bedtime - nothing medically needed. They also have a doggie door to go out as they need. The deer are pretty maintenance free :), but we do like to fill their water bucket! And the hummingbirds get a little loud and bossy if they don't get their sugar water! The porch plants will need water too, but they don't talk back.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house has amazing views and sunsets out the big back windows as that is national forest. We pretty much see the deer every day. We belong to an HOA that is a private lake, so there's fishing and paddle boarding (1). There is also a trail system behind our house in the forest. that runs between two parks! There is a guest room with a comfortable queen bed, a bathroom right across the hallway and another room with a trundle bed and computer desk but is used mostly for working out and yoga.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

We like things kept clean and tidy. Master bedroom is not to be used. No smokers. The dogs are not use to children or other pets. You need to have your own vehicle, but we do have two ebikes that can take you to parks and restaurants nearby.
