Somebody with dog & cat experience, who is clean and tidy and happy to walk dogs twice a day. Can negotiate keeping dogs from cat. No smoking. Communicative if there are any issues to report. Respectful of peoples property and belongings.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Just keep the place clean and tidy, walk the dogs, keep the cat and dogs apart, might have to clean pee in lodge from dogs. The animals are old so occasionally the cat maybe sick. Make sure the dogs dont eat the cat food if they come over to the house .

What are the good features of the property and location

Modern, clean, nicely decorated. Garden space with furniture, sunbeds and egg chair. Water distiller and filter on whole house. Drive. Close to Bham airport/train station.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Negotiating the cat and dogs, keeping them apart, in two buildings. Need to use distilled water in kettle. The dogs are very good but they can bark together (brother and sister) but they calm down however you need to be firm with them to stop barking as sometimes they keep going.
