About this assignment

An honest and responsible person who will pet our dog, feed her and make sure she gets some walks. Someone who is communicative and trustworthy.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Caring for our 3 year old mellow Labrador Retriever mix, Pepper. She needs walks and play, and to be fed and snuggled. She is a low maintenance dog, quiet, affectionate and friendly. There may also be some watering of plants on the deck.

What are the good features of the property and location

A modern, top floor two bedroom, two bathroom condo in San Francisco, in the Glen Park neighborhood, One block from the BART subway station. Very convenient to get anywhere in the city, and also has a beautiful park with trails and sports facilities, Glen Canyon Park, within a five minute walk. A great spot to use as a homebase to explore anything in San Francisco. Lots of natural light, a huge private deck, elevator building, very quiet and centrally located.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our dog Pepper needs a couple of walks, and bathroom breaks in the morning and before bed. The building is secure and there is no maintenance required to the home except for keeping it somewhat clean, bringing in mail and watering the plants once.
