About this assignment

Someone who likes peace and quiet and is calm around horses. I have 4 horses who are all very easy going. One is totally blind, one has hip problems, one has asthma and one is normal but young. They are all very easy going and friendly but need a calm carer.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

To give hay to my horses and clean up their manure twice a day. I have 5 dogs of varying mixtures of breeds and ages, which may or may not be at the house to look after depending on where I go.

What are the good features of the property and location

Set within the beautiful Morvan Natural Park, in a small village, down a long lane, my house is an oasis of tranquility, surrounded by natural beauty and great walks directly from the garden. It boasts a splendid view from the long terrace and front garden.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You definitely need your own vehicle. The nearest shops are in a town 15 minutes drive away. The Morvan Park is also full of some gorgeous lakes, canals and stunning medieval villages to explore - but you need a vehicle.
