We are looking for a reliable and easygoing cat lover who will take care of our cats with loving attention while we are traveling for educational purposes. NON-SMOKER only

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Clean the litter box two to three times a day, wash the food bowls, and refill the food. Sweep up any scattered litter as needed. Send us a photo of the cats and an update on their condition once a day. Play with or pet the cats as you like and as time allows.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our apartment is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in the center of Dresden. It’s a 5-minute walk from a large park, 20 minutes from the historic city center, and 30 minutes from the party district.
The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. There are usually plenty of freely available parking spots. The apartment has a lovely south-facing balcony with a view of the greenery.
A stay in Dresden offers the opportunity to enjoy the city’s rich cultural and sports programs, as well as day trips to the nearby forests and cliffs of Saxon Switzerland National Park and to historical sites in the surrounding area.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Our home is an ordinary small (3 rooms) city apartment. Don't expect luxury, but it's a nice place to live.The apartment is currently very cat-friendly... and also scratched up and hairy by cats. Still, it's possible to set up one room to be cat-free. Please note that we only accept non-smokers.
