A relaxing long stay in a townhome near Vancouver

About this assignment

In search of a responsible house sitter(s) to look after our home while we are on an extended trip. Our home is kept in great shape and we're looking for someone to care for it.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Great news (depending on your situation!) - there are no pets. And the garden is small, it's a strata and there's just a few indoor plants so there really isn't a great deal to do other than relax, enjoy a quiet and picturesque neighbourhood.

What are the good features of the property and location

The townhome is a walk from the heart of the Ladner village. Biking and walking trails are on the doorstep and there's a boat launch down the road.

The strata has a small community centre complete with small gym, a pool and a hot tub.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

The strata is a 55+ community that is both friendly and respectful.

Our preference is for the house sitter to be available for the full duration of our trip.

No pets please.
