A Greek Island, beautiful views and one happy dog

About this assignment

Our house sitter needs to love dogs most importantly. You must be willing and able to walk our dog twice a day, then the rest of the day is yours. You must be clean and tidy and a non smoker.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

You will be responsible for looking after our dog which includes giving walks, love and feeding. There may also be some garden to water depending on the weather.

What are the good features of the property and location

Our house is located in a village on the Greek island Samos, 5km from the sea and a mountain above. The house is a traditional rock home built over 100 years ago which has been nicely renovated. There is also a small studio apartment with all amenties which is where you would be sleeping. Samos is renowned for it's hiking trails, beautiful forested areas and pristine beaches. Our village has two Taverns and a small gorgery shop

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

You would need to consider your fitness as our dog loves his daily walks. Our village is 230 meters above sea level so the terain is hilly. The village itself is reasonably level but there are some sharp inclines/declines to navigate when walking around. You would also need to consider if waking up to amazing views each day is something you would like.
