What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

Looking after our 2 spaniels Moss (12) and Tattie (5).
House sitting (we have a cleaner & gardener)
Putting rubbish out on time. Looking after the place.

What are the good features of the property and location

Village house (former pub) with parking and a lovely garden. Access to walks straight from the house. In the middle of the Wye Valley so lots of walks around. 10 minutes from the market town of Monmouth with Waitrose, M&S food & Lidl.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

Tattie is a rescue dog who we have had for 3 years. She is a Cavalier KC and as she was locked in a crate in a barn for her first two years she is obsessed with anything that flies (from leaves to helicopters) so is always on a long lead on walks. Moss is a working cocker who is now 12 and a bit arthritic also rather deaf except for the biscuit tin.
