About this assignment

We look for a reliable person/family who will enjoy our comfortable house with beautiful spacious garden; and who will take care of our 3 runner ducks (living in the garden) and our 3 friendly pet rats.

What responsibilities are required of the house sitter

The house sitter is asked to open and close the pen for the ducks every morning and evening; and provide food for them. The house sitter can take the eggs for consumption :-)
The house sitter is asked to provide food and water for the rats (living in a spacious cage) on a daily basis.

What are the good features of the property and location

The property is nicely situated on the border of the village near the scenic and vibrant city Den Bosch (about 15 minutes by bike (whch are available at the house). The house is very comfortable, has a spacious living kitchen and 3 bed rooms. The garden is also very spacious (3200m2) and a real treasure for garden lovers. It is excellent for late night drinks and barbecues.

What does the house sitter need to consider before applying for this assignment

One might be hesitant to take care of rats, but they are very tame have never bitten our kids and are really cute to cuddle with. The cage needs be cleaned about once/twice a week. So it is important that the house sitter is comfortable with taking care of rats.
